I'm Brandon Allen, an artificial intelligence engineer, data scientist and design architect. Born and raised in Greater Manchester, now based in Plymouth, I work with clients in both cities and across the UK. I take AI systems from the GPU and inference layer through to the interface: local and on-prem LLM serving, fine-tuning and evaluation, statistical modelling and analysis, agentic pipelines, and the design architecture that makes them usable.

KREO is the practice of Brandon Allen, an artificial intelligence engineer, data scientist and design architect. Born and raised in Greater Manchester and now resident in Plymouth, he works with clients in both cities and across the United Kingdom, and remotely worldwide.

The work spans three disciplines. Artificial intelligence engineering: LLM inference, GPU optimisation, MLOps and agentic pipelines. Data science: statistical modelling, evaluation methodology and analysis grounded in evidence. Design architecture: the systems, interfaces and developer experience that make the result usable.

You are not passed through layers of account management. You work directly with Brandon Allen, the person designing the architecture, building the systems and shipping them to production. Yes. Private, on-prem AI is the core specialism: open-weight language models served on your own GPUs or private cloud mean no data leaves your environment and no dependency on third-party APIs. For regulated or client-confidential work this is often the deciding factor.
